Usselerriet - About us
Usselerriet has been active within the organic sector for more than 25 years. After starting out as a biodynamic vegetable grower, over the past 15 years we have gradually replaced our production process from growing biodynamic vegetables to drying 100% organic vegetables, herbs and spices for the industry.

To the present day a large share of the fresh vegetables
and herbs purchased are of biodynamic origin. These are purchased in Holland
and Germany direct via a network of producers and growers.
The fresh dried range is supplemented by a worldwide purchase of dried vegetables,
herbs and spices.
Socially and Ecologically Responsible
For Usselerriet being socially and ecologically responsible is the foundation
of all company procedures. As well as concentrating on a sophisticated production
process (where environmental demands, HACCP and food safety determine the
guidelines), Usselerriet also works with an integration programme for people
with special needs.
Aim
To supply high-quality dried vegetables, herbs and spices, which have been
cultivated organically to a consistent quality, especially for industrial
processing. The basic assumption is safe food with a minimum burden to the
environment.
